The international Coaching Federation (ICF) describes coaching as: “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Team coaching explores issues that relate to collective performance, enabling the team to recognize and manage influences on its performance now and in the future.

Why Coaching?

Coaching plays an important role in today’s organization. In the past, organizations believed that coaching was meant to correct employees behaviors. Over time that evolved to the belief that only executive members of an organization need coaching. Today, studies shows that coaching is vital for personal, developmental, and professional growth and should be available to every single member of the organiation. Those who experience coaching build resiliency, strengh, and are more equipped and ready for changes within their organization.
